WATER POLO

London has a strong tradition in Water Polo. There are approximately 17 Water Polo Clubs in London and lots of other places to have a go.  Seven London Clubs play in the 4 Divisions of the National Water Polo League.

The London League is the oldest Water Polo League in the world. For the latest results, fixtures and tables please look at our news page or  www.londonwaterpololeague.org.uk/

If you are learning to swim then you should be exposed to the skills of Water Polo as part of levels 8-9-10 of the National Plan for Teaching Swimming. Children learning the skills then play 'mini polo' which is a cut down version of full water polo and great fun. 

If you want to have a go at 'mini polo' look out for Aqua Extreme in the following Boroughs Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hounslow, Hillingdon and Harrow.
