London Swimming's Spring Conference, which takes place on Saturday 23rd May at Colfes School, Lee, SE12 8AW, will see Adrian Turner deliver the first Individual Medley Master Class. 

Adrian has great knowledge and experience of the Individual Medley and was one of Britains top IM swimmers, being most successful at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester claiming Silver in the 200m IM & Bronze in the 400m IM.

Adrian will give you top tips & advice to help you improve your IM during the 90 minutes and share his experience of being an elite swimmer.  He will also answer your questions and give you feedback to help you improve performance.

There are 3 groups to select from Under 12's, 12-18's & Masters.
