Head Teachers

You will be responsible for developing the swimming programme at one of our Southwark pools. Delivering excellent lessons to school and swim school customers, you will lead a team of teachers to develop an aquatics programme at your site. Working under the Director of Swimming Development you will ensure smooth administration processes and quality of service.
The successful candidates will hold an ASA level 2 teaching qualification, a depth of swimming knowledge and strong interpersonal, leadership and administration skills.
Swimming Administration & Systems Manager

Reporting to the Director of Swimming Development you will ensure the implementation and operation of industry leading administrative, financial and operational procedures. The successful candidate will play a significant role in implementing the Aquatics Strategy for the borough and will be involved in planning and developing systems to ensure its success.
Applicants should have excellent administration and organisational skills, a strong swimming background and a proven track record of implementing change in organisations. A history of management would be a benefit.
Swimming Instructors
£15 per hour

Fusion is looking for Swimming Instructors to work on our new Southwark aquatics scheme providing both school and swim school lessons with the opportunity to link with the competitive programme.
To join our successful team you will have experience of swimming teaching and hold a ASA level 2 in teaching.
