The London Region Open and Junior Championships took place on 1st & 2nd November at Crook Log Leisure Centre, Bexleyheath.
Although not as well supported, as we would have wished, the Championships were very successful with 18 Event Best Performance times and one London Region Short Course Record (subject to ratification)
