Susie Bamber will deliver the Diving Workshop for teachers & coaches on Saturday 22nd November from 2-6pm at Morden Park Pool, SM4 5HE.

The workshop will focus on the 2 dive groups of Inward and Reverse and the skill chain progressions for each dive group.  The workshop will the support the development for teachers/coaches wanting gain more knowledge or have a better understanding of the inward & reverse dives.

Susie will go through the theory and biomechanics before applying it into the practical pool session.

The workshop will benefit any teacher or coach with a minimum ASA or UKCC Level 1 Diving qualification

The programme will run as follows (subject to change on the day)

2pm Theory

4pm Practical Pool session

5:30pm Q & A

6pm Finish

If you have any divers you would like to attend or work with from your club on the day, then please register your divers with Jo Calvino as numbers will be restricted. It will be free for divers to attend, but must arrive at 3:30pm ready for the pool session at 4pm. 

Spaces are limited and will be on a first come first served basis. 

The Workshop is soon to be an accredited CPD, but you are able to claim CPD points by downloading an Evidence of mentoring or being mentored
